The website design, code, and platform underlying jssmn.com (the “Site”) are owned and operated by The Ad Company LLC, a Minnesota company located in Wadena County, Minnesota (“Site Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and are leased to Jeddeloh Snyder Stommes (“JSS”) for the purpose of marketing JSS’s legal services and generating client inquiries. The domain name jssmn.com, the JSS name, and the JSS logo are owned by JSS. References on the Site to “we,” “us,” or “our” outside of these Terms and the Privacy Policy generally refer to JSS in the context of its legal services, unless the context indicates otherwise.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;

- JSS owns the domain name jssmn.com, the JSS name and logo, and all trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site.
- JSS owns the substantive written content, attorney bios, and other original materials it has authored or provided for the Site (excluding the underlying design and code in which such content is displayed).
All of the foregoing is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
